Ahoj, neviem ako to je, tak sa chcem opýtať:
Kúpil som E46 318i, r.v. 12/1998 a je tam problém s klímou (je to na fóre často rozoberané) studený vzduch zo stredu a teplý na nohy a na sklo.
Ako prvé som vymontoval ten regulačný vodný ventil, kompletne som ho rozobral, ale bol úplne čistý, bez akýchkoľvek usadenín. Potom som ho vyskúšal 12V a zopínal, v zopnutom stave som sa ho snažil prefúknuť (síce len úsatami) ale tesnil a nič neprepustil.
Keď som ventil vybral, hadice som hneď upchal zátkami z vína a stiahol SK páskou (stihlo vytiecť len minimum vody).
Teraz chodím s touto úpravou a keď pustím klimatizáciu, tak je funkčná, ale nemôžem regulovať teplotu.
Otázka teda je, klimatizácia pri svojej činnosti potrebuje aj teplú vodu z kúrenia resp. si požadovanú teplotu reguluje len v tepelnom výmenníku klimatizácie?
Pýtam sa preto, lebo ak si teplotu reguluje nezávisle od kúrenia, tak asi mám nejaký problém s klimatizáciou t.z., čo môže byť problém RJ klimatizácie, motorčeky kúrenia, panel klimatizácie prípadne iné.
Ak by ste vedeli poradiť bol by som rád, zatiaľ to nechcem dať na diagnostiku, lebo som už robil rôzne opravy a to aj bez odpojenej batérie, teda by tam bolo asi kopec iných chýb.
Na záver uvádzam, že som prešiel všetky podobné témy, ale toto som nenašiel a preto tému zakladám.

Ja mam rovnaky problem a mam nastavene stredne koliecko na "modru farbu" :-))

Vymenil som kompresor lebo bol "vybehany" a problem pretrvava...podla technika je problem s prevodovkou polohy klapky a nasiel som na bmwpartsinfo aj daku klapku pre cirkulaciu cerstveho vzduchu.

Mne osobne klapky spinaju /počujem ich pri zapnuti ich otvori/ ale fuka horuci vzduch aj na čelne a nohy....

Myslim ze budes mat podobne riesenie ...zrejme rozobrat palubovku a pomenit tieto veci :-/

Stredová koliečko mám správne nastavené, lebo som tu už niekde čítal.

Sony viem, že to bude asi aj u mňa problém s tými servomotorčekami pod palubovkou na strane vodiča, ale kým sa do toho pustím, chcem vylúčiť iné možné chyby, lebo s tým bude dosť roboty.

Napadla ma ešte jedna vec, prikladám z nejakého zahraničného fóra text v angličtine, kde bola robená podobná oprava.
Neveim po anglicky a teda som to pozeral len cez prekladač, čo ale nie je celkom dobré.

Ak to mal niekto porozoberané resp. vie o čo sa jedná, tak by to mohol skôr pochopiť a potom podľa toho napísať, čo ja asi problém.

We had the same issue here on an E46 318I. When a/c on and face vents selected, warm air from centre vents only. Freezing cold on outer vents, when face, screen and feet selected, nice and cold on all face vents, cold on screen and warm on feet.
We removed dash, "modified" the heater box and shazam. Problem fixed, my customer too had replaced the heater control valve, control module(heater/ac controls) at anther indies' advise. It seems, reading all the posts regarding this issue. Alot of people have the problem but there is no definitive repair listed for it. Where the cable that runs from the centre vents ( the little dial with the blue and red dots on it) and connects to the inner flap, there is another flap that is inside the heater box, it swings by itself and is controlled by air speed and sort of runs off the flap the cable connects to.
It closes off the port from the heater core. If the heater valve is working correctly, the heater core should not be "hot hot". But it is still warm (compared to evaporator temp). This flap sticks open, allowing both cold and warm air to the vents. Because of the way the vents are set-up from the heater box to the dash vents, the rearward side of this outlet is the cold side and the rearward connecting vents are the side vents, so it makes out the sides are cold and centre warm. Its actually a mixture of air temps coming from heater box as little flap is not closing off heater core side....solution....free up flap then on the back of the main flap from the hot/cold dial, attach (glue) a small piece of plastic ( we used a 10mm plastic spacer). Then when the flap is moved, it "nudges" the swing flap earlier, gives it a bit more impetus to move and will not stick up again.
