Nefunguje mi ventilator chladica ani ovladanie zaluzii chladiča

ventilator - vela z vas ma chybu v module ja som to skusal napojit na +12v este pred tou riadiacou jednotkou vetraka a vetrak funguje predpokladam ze chyba bude v ccidle ktore to ma zopnut

zaluzie - podtlakove tiahlo funguje spravne elek. regulator tiez funguje spravne po napojeni 12v prepojikomory a podtlak sa moze dostat do vetraka hadičku su vsetky ok taktirez predpokladam ze zly snimač tepla

Neviete mi poradit ake snimače kontrolovať? na budikoch mi teplotu motora ukazuje spravne dufam ze som dostatočne popisal môj problem a dakujem za kazdu odpoved

čidlo teploty som ešte na E46 nevidel,zlé!!!A to som videl toho veľa...žaluzie su stále otvorené alebo zatvorené????

Radiator shutter DDE 3.0 poistka číslo F2 30A v motorovom priestore v poistkovom puzdre sivom!!!!!
The radiator shutter seals off the engine compartment from the outside and directs the cooling air under the engine.

Vacuum unit with actuating rod

Pressure converter

Function
The pressure converter connects the vacuum unit with the vacuum supply by means of hoses. When activated by the DDE control unit, the pressure converter switches vacuum through to the vacuum unit and the radiator shutter closes (= standard setting).

The radiator shutter is opened at:

Coolant temperature > 107 °C or

Fan speed > 3000 rpm

Troubleshooting
If a defect occurs in the pressure converter activation function, fault code 56 "radiator shutter" is stored and the radiator shutter opens (provided there is no additional mechanical defect to jam the radiator shutter).


Electric Fan DDE 3.0 .Pozri poistku na vetrak č. 37 velká 50A červená v kastlíku nalavo!!!(toto záleží ale od ročníka od 9/99 ho mali v kastliku,červnéna poistka do roku 9/99 na vrchu boxu čo drží modul centrálneho za kastlíkom.

The DDE control unit activates the electric fan by means of a square-wave signal with duty factors (= variable pulse width) between 5 and 90 % and thus controls variable speeds of the electric fan. The electric fan features its own positive and ground supply.

Troubleshooting
The activation function is monitored for short-circuit and open circuit but not the fan motor itself. Fault code 52 "electric fan" is stored if a defect occurs.

Consequence: Engine temperature increases

The fault code entry "electric fan, short to ground" may be caused by a mechanically blocked fan motor (in winter by frozen condensation water).

dakujem pekne za odpoved a este otazka kde najdem tu sedu poistkovu skrinku v motorovom priestore?

poprosim vas kde najdem ten sivy box kde su poistky v motorovom priestore?

vedla rj motora som nasiel 5 poistiek z toho 2 su v prevadzke ostatne nemaju na druhej nozke poistky kontakt vsetky su dobre zaluzie stale nefunguju regulator je dobry potlak don ide vakuovapumpa alebo ako sa to vola na zaluziach funguje dobre neviem si uz rady poistka na ventilator velka cervena je tiez ok
