as You can see on image - there should be some kinda of piping.
I didn't found any answer on realoem.com, so i'm asking - what pipe should connect to this and where i can find another end of it?

there isn't pipe :)

as You can see i have an ending of pipe in thortle body.
my theory is, that this was heating of thortle body but it was bypassed by previous owner

You have newer M43, thats why You dn't have it

from what i see i have this connection




EDIT:
ok, problem solved - from what i see, previous ovner baypassed thortle heater, and just did the upper diagram.
colder air in intake - more power! (yeach... in 1.6...)
