Auto má najazdených cca 190 tisic a čo som počul okolo 200 tisic by sa mal niekto pozrieť na prevodovku a okrem oleja by mal vymeniť neaký spodný dekel v ktorom je filter a ak treba aj neake lamely, ktoré sa v nej (v prevodovke) nachádzajú. chcel by som vedieť, že čo teda všetko treba urobiť okrem oleja... ďakujem.

3/4-speed automatic transmissions:
ZF 3 and 4-speed automatic transmissions must be filled with approved ATF oils according to ZF list of lubricants TE-ML 11, lubricant
class 11A / 11B or with mineral ATF oils according to the former Specification Dexron II / Dexron III by General Motors. For oil-change
intervals consult the vehicle manufacturer's specifications.
5-, 6- and 8-speed as well as 4HP20 automatic transmissions:
ZF 5-, 6- and 8-speed as well as the ZF 4HP20 automatic transmissions are filled maintenance-free with specially developed partially
synthetic ATF oils. Maintenance-free fills are intended for normal operating conditions. Especially driving at very high operating
temperatures can result in accelerated aging or increased wear of ATF oils. It is recommended, in the event of severe operating
conditions, such as:
- frequent highway driving in top speed range,
- offensive, sporty driving style,
- frequent trailer operation,
being above average, oil purification (oil change) on automatic transmissions is recommended between 80,000 km and 120,000 km, or
8 years, depending on the load.
In each case, only released ATF oil may be used for oil changes. And oil changes must be performed in accordance with the relevant
specifications.

lubomt napísal:len tak nahodou o ziadnom cervenom sa tam nehovori. Cerveny olej sa pouzival len do starsich typov prevodoviek ZF alebo japonskych AISIN a niektorych JATCO.
Pozri si stranku vyrobcu ZF /Nemecko/. Je to myslene a pisane tak, ze olej je bezudrzbovy a treba ho menit ak prekrocite 120.000km alebo dobu 10rokov alebo je prevodovka viac namahana / vtedy sa olej a prevodovka rychlejsie opotrebuva, viac sa hreje/ a to napr. rychlou jazdou po dialnici, tahanim vozikov, casta jazda kopcovitym terenom atd. Vtedy je vhodne olej menit kazdych 60-80.000km, samozrejme spolu s filtrom.
K olejom - olej vyrobca odporuca originalny ZF LIFEGUARD 5, 6, 6 plus a 8 alebo originalny olej od AUDI, BME atd. Schvalene vyrobcom prevodoviek a certifikaciou pri 5st.automatoch presiel iba byvaly ESSO ATF LT 71141, teraz odkupeny fy MOBIL pod tym istym znacenim. U 6HPXX, teda 6.st.automatu je olej triedeny na Lifeguard 6 /zlty/, Lifeguard 6 plus /modry/ a Lifeguard 8 /zeleny/. Tieto sa davaju do prevodovky podla vyrobneho cisla na stitku. Samozrejme plus oleje balene vyrobcom aut. Vyrobca este udava, ze Lifeguard 6 je mozne nahradit olejom SHELL ATF-M1375.4 , no tento ked som skusal zhanat, problem, vraj sa vyhradne dodava do BMW.
Tolko v kratkosti k olejo. Ak tam primiesate nejaky iny olej, tak riskujete ze sa Vam rozpadnu gufera, vsetky gumove casti,poskodia lamely atd... Skusali sme to na jednej prevodovke a vydrzala jazdit mesiac. Potom zrazu zacala trhat a po rozobrati boli poskodene vsetky gumove casti. Takymto ludom co mixuju oleje hovorim chemici. Najviac ludia kupuju castrol ale ten ani neviem do ktorej prevodovky by som dal, do ziadnej co sme kedy robili nebol vhodny. Este k predajcom v obchodoch - ti zvacsa tomu prd rozumeju a navrhnu olej len podla katalogu a papier zdrzi vsetko. potom sa coskoro zacnu diat divy...
